Owner (Fire Door Certified)

Tony Bailey, with a remarkable 17 years of experience under his belt, not only leads our team but also leads a fulfilling family life. He's been married to his beloved Jen for 13 years, and together, they have four wonderful children: CJ (Erica), Alyssa (Bill), Makayla (Justin), and Jake (Sara). The joy of their family extends further with 10 adorable grandchildren: Liam, Savanna, Payton, Lauren, Braelyn, Theodore, Aliza, Elliot, Christopher and Zander. At home, they share their love with their loyal Pitbull companion, Skye. Tony's passion for life takes him boating on tranquil waters, exploring new destinations while traveling, and relishing the great outdoors through camping adventures.

Jacob Bailey

Owner (Fire Door Certified)

Jacob Bailey, another of our dedicated owners, boasts a decade of experience in our field. His wife is Saralyn, who he has been with for a decade. They are blessed with two delightful sons, Theodore and Elliot, and their family extends to include Scout, their regal German Shepherd. When he's not at work, Jacob is often found indulging his love for the outdoors, be it fishing, hunting, or navigating the open waters while boating. Camping under the stars is another cherished pastime that he and his family hold dear.

Business Operations

Jen, who plays a vital role in handling various aspects of our business operations, brings a wealth of experience from her 30-year career in the mortgage industry. She's been married to Tony for 13 loving years, sharing in the joys of their four children: CJ (Erica), Alyssa (Bill), Makayla (Justin), and Jake (Sara). Their extended family includes 10 delightful grandchildren: Liam, Savanna, Payton, Lauren, Braelyn, Theodore, Aliza, Elliot, Christopher and Zander. Adding to their clan is their affectionate Pitbull, Skye. When she's not navigating the intricacies of our business, Jen finds fulfillment in exploring new destinations, embarking on boating adventures, and creating cherished memories while camping with loved ones.

Tammy

Administrative Assistant

Tammy, our capable administrative assistant, brings 10 years of invaluable experience to our team. She's been happily married to Scott for an impressive 34 years and together, they've raised three remarkable sons: Ryan (Meagan), Jared (Camryn), and Austin. Their family circle is completed by Marley, a lovable terrier mix. Tammy's heart belongs to the great outdoors, where she enjoys spending quality time. Reading is another passion that brings her immense joy, and camping adventures with her loved ones are the perfect way to unwind.

Bill

Technician

Bill, our dedicated technician, may have just a year of experience, but he's already made a significant impact. He's been married to Alyssa for 7 wonderful years, and they share their love with two precious children: Liam and Payton. Off the clock, Bill is a culinary enthusiast who delights in cooking up a storm. His active side shines when he hits the hockey rink, and he's an avid fan of fishing, hunting, and the serenity of boating on calm waters.

Mike

Technician

Meet Mike, a valuable member of our team with 4 years of dedicated service. Mike is our versatile go-to, always ready to step in wherever needed, whether it's in the office or out in the field. Born and raised in the heart of T.C., his deep connection to the community shines through in his work. At home, Mike's world revolves around his loyal companion Lilly, a charming Shih Tzu who brings joy to his life. When he's not tending to his duties, Mike finds solace in the greenery of his garden, indulges in a round of golf to unwind, and embarks on adventures to the Upper Peninsula, creating lasting memories with every journey.

Matthew

Technician

Matthew is married to the love of his life Donna, is a proud dad to three children and his fur babies. Matthew enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, trying new things, adventures, camping, hunting and fishing.

Reed

Operations & Sales Manager

Reed moved to T.C. 21 years ago to get into the garage door business. A few years later, he met Tony and they worked together for many years. He eventually reconnected with Tony and Jake and joined the B&B team. He enjoys spending time with his German Shepherd Dakota and his English Springer Spaniel Daisy. He likes to go to his cabin up north to fish.
